VINTAGE “SCARBOROUGH” WOODEN (TREEN) 2 HANDLE SEA FISHING REEL

This item is a very nice wooden (treen) large Scarborough sea fishing reel with two honeycomb wooden turn handles and some line. The reel consists of 2 sets of 10 ball bearing race one on each side of the centre shaft and an adjustable thumb screw and locking screw. (missing one of the thumb pusher). On the rear of the reel is a large brass bracket with a large 3.5” x .75” rod saddle. The reel measures 7.75” outer dia. x 1.75” width outer. Condition used item with No splits, chips or cracks some wear to bearings due to age and use wear only still turns nice and freely.
