Reel is approximately 6 years old. I am the original owner. Recent clean, lube, new one-way clutch and field-tested (by me). Mechanically, the reel is excellent with a very effective and smooth-working drag and smooth gears. Cosmetically it looks very good but some of the printing is worn off of the palming plate and bottom of the gearbox (Templar logo and line capacities) Reel shipped with the drag and the spool shaft pressure (spool tension) adjustments backed off and all 6 brakes engaged. Included paperwork has been annotated with spec's that were on the original packaging. Line Retrieve rate is approximate and calculated at recommended spool fill (90% of capacity, per instructions). This has been a good reel and i have enjoyed using it but, to put it simply, I need to clear out my reel stash.
