-Condition is as seen in photos. Item is pre owned in used condition. I am not an expert in fishing reel repair but this reel is not functioning properly and needs work, it is being sold AS IS for PARTS OR REPAIR. It sounds like the bearings have gone bad and the levelwind feature is not traveling when reel is cranked. There may be other issues as well.
