Credit Card purchases can be made via Paypal.  Shipment will be the next business day after confirmation of receipt of payment by PayPal. The only delay from this policy will be in the event the day after Paypal payment confirmation is on the weekend or a Federal holiday.  Shipment and insurance is via U.S. Postal Service insured priority mail with delivery confirmation. Shipping, Handling, Packaging and Insurance up to the purchase price is a flat $8.50. I do ship outside the United States . I use the Pricetronic International Shipping Program. International shipping and custom fees are applied by the Pricetronic system and are determined at the time of sale based on the final destination. Photographs are provided that are part of the item description and to show the quality of the item on which you are bidding. Please review those photographs. If more photos are needed they will be provided if adequate time is available to photograph and post additional photos before the auction ends.  Returns are accepted in accordance with Pricetronic and PayPal requirements.  Buyer pays all return postage insurance and delivery confirmation costs. However, if an item is damaged in transit, the buyer should make every attempt to resolve the issue with the U. S. Postal Service.  PayPal offers insurance over and above that provided by the USPS. I always buy the additional insurance up to the value of the purchase price, in order to protect you and me!! I have absolutely no control over handling procedures of the USPS.  If the packaging shows signs of damage at time of receipt, please contact the USPS and ensure they confirm the damage before you sign for the item.  I package all rods in a shipping tube, with appropriate padding and external markings.
