This handle is in good condition and this handle will work well on many models of your Garcia Mitchell reels; it will not fit on a 304 though. This handle fits on many Garcia Mitchell since it was made by Garcia Mitchell. The photos may or may not be of the actual item that you will receive since I have several of these handles. All of the handles are of the same quality and cosmetic appearance. The only thing that may be different is the knuckle on one of the handles is smooth on the entire knuckle.
