This is a  Mint in  the Box Garcia Mitchell 488  This   Reel is fully functional. Bail Lock is working , with Paperwork. .  Bail is super crisp and Silky everything is working like Factory new. There are 2 issues with this reel 1 handle has the chrome Plating flaking off. 2 Handle knob is loose. Spins Silky Smooth !     What makes this reel Rare is 1978 year with a white spool in original Box!  Mechanically 10++++ Paint 9.8!!! Another Rare Gem from my Collection!
