The reel maintenance kit is part of the right series of products to properly service all of your Abu Garcia reels.
Shipping- as you probably already know shipping can be a problem as all three major carriers are experiencing issues. If you experience an issue during transit we will work hard with the shipping companies to get your package moving. However we can’t be responsible for transit times that are due to carrier issues. Should an issue arrive that we can’t resolve we have to give the carrier time to complete their investigation. Our policy is to give them 14 days so if your item is held up in transit we cannot issue refund or reship until this 15th day of no scan activity.
Back orders- All of our inventory is available both on Pricetronic and in person in our retail store so during busy times this can get the inventory off some. We do our best to keep these numbers updated but with over 1000 different items its impossible to keep them 100% accurate. If an item is outta stock we will attempt to reorder from our supplier 1 time and if its not shipped then we will cancel the item and refund you the amount for the item. You will be notified at the time of shipping and it may extend your handling time slightly.We do our best to avoid this but it unfortunately does happen some. February and March are our busiest season in store so orders can get backed up sometimes. We try to ship every order in line with the dates provided by Pricetronic. We ship USPS First Class to keep prices as low as possible. We only ship Pricetronic orders on Wednesday and Fridays. Should your order become lost or delayed in transit we will make every effort to resolve it with the carrier. We have to give them time however to complete there search. Our policy is to give them 14 days and on the 15th day of no scan activity we will contact you to see what you would like to do. RETURNS
All items must be returned in the same condition it was received. Returns are processed within 1-2 business days upon return delivery date. Refunds are less the cost of the originally purchased shipping. Any item that is returned after 45 days will have a 20% restocking fee applied. BACKORDERS
