The Abu-Garcia Ambassadeur 9000 is a vintage casting reel made in Sweden. It features a red and chrome design and is suitable for freshwater and saltwater fishing. The brand is Abu Garcia, a well-known name in the fishing industry. This reel appears to work fine. But since it has been stored in my garage for many many years. I would recommend a rebuild and good lube. My husband passed and I am going through all of our fishing equipment. I have many memories with these reels since I used them for fishing off of San Diego.
